Meet Dr. Brittany Haidet

Physical Therapist Specializing in Pelvic Health/Women’s Health, Pregnancy, & Postpartum

Dr. Brittany Haidet has been in the physical therapy world for over a decade starting as a Physical Therapist Assistant working in multiple settings throughout her career. Through her journey to finish her undergraduate degree, her own pelvic health struggles, and starting PT school she was introduced to the world of pelvic/women's health and fell head over heels for the specialty. It has become her passion and her love for it has continued to grow as each year has passed. She gained a whole new appreciation and even more of a desire to help this population after going through her first pregnancy, labor, and delivery.

Brittany has not only experienced and helped to heal her own pelvic health issues, but has received top notch training as a PT student going through her clinical experiences with a pelvic health speciality clinic and then joining the team of therapists at John Hopkins in Baltimore, MD seeing a wide variety of outpatient and pelvic health clients and diving deeper in to learning about the perinatal and postnatal periods. After having her second child her family relocated back to the Midwest and she began a private, women's health, concierge practice.

She strives to use her skills to help women understand that common does not equal normal and there is help to allow them to continue and/or return to exercise and activities they love without having to worry about peeing themselves, having pain or pressure “down there”, and more. She wants women to know that there is hope and support for them during the wonderful, amazing, but also life-changing (and sometimes so tough in so many ways) motherhood transition.
